The company started to implement overall quality management in 1979 and established the “quality control center of Lu liquor”. It has been persisting in taking quality control as the key link of enterprise management for over 30 years and insisted on the principle of striving for survival and development on high quality. Through penetrating the thought, theory, method and principle of quality control into each management field, the company has combined traditional liquor brewing quality control with modernized management methods to construct six major quality control systems and eight major scientific research platform. It also work out and implement a whole set management measure for strengthening the quality of relevant departments like purchase, production, inspection, storage, transportation, sales and service, etc. Quality management and control participate in the whole process from raw material entrance to the final product purchase by consumers, thus guarantee the stability and continuity of product quality.
